Shipping Within India
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
- Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional fee of 50 is applicable.
International Shipping
Currently, Masaira does not offer international shipping. However, we’re working on it and will update you soon. Stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime via the “Track My Order” section on our website.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, there might be occasional delays due to:
- Natural calamities
- Strikes or lockdowns
- Unexpected courier service disruptions We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
