Products & Pricing
- All our jewelry is handmade and may have slight variations from the photos shown.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
Orders
- Orders are only confirmed after successful payment or verification in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD).
- We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us at our sole discretion.
Payments
- We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (within India).
- All transactions on our website are processed in INR (■).
- COD orders will be verified before dispatch. Unverified orders may be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
- We process and dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
- Delivery takes 5–8 working days after dispatch depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges
- As our products are handmade and crafted in small batches, we do not offer returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
- For damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
